I have chosen to "farm" Stone Creek (that's when real estate agents send out flyers to a particular neighborhood) because of the vast knowledge I have of the neighborhood.
When the neighborhood was first being built by KB Homes (then Kaufman & Broad) in 1998 and 1999, I brought a number of buyers to visit the community. Three of those families chose to buy homes in Stone Creek. Late in 1999, my husband and I purchased a home in Stone Creek as a rental with the expectation of eventually moving in to it. As a future resident and a current owner, I have a vested interest in the neighborhood. I have also been in every model and many homes as they were in the process of being built. It's possible I've been in yours!
