2.  The best way to pick an agent is:

   a. Select the one with the $100,000 vehicle.  After all, s/he needs your commission to make the car payment.

   b. Place all their pictures on a dart board.  Select the one you hit first.

   c. Select the agent who will be knowledgeable, hard-working, offer practical advice and be fun to work with.

 

3.  When the agent takes you to look for homes to purchase:

     b. $400,000.  Because your house is nicer than every other house in the neighborhood- even though your house is the first one the agent has seen in the neighborhood.

     c.  Most likely somewhere in that range, unless your house has any features that make it significantly better or worse than the 10 other homes.
