• Low commissions. I don't believe 6% or higher is justified.  If you are purchasing a home with me as your agent, I will charge you 4.0% to sell your existing property.  If you are just selling, my commission ranges from 4.2% to 4.8%, depending upon the listing price of your home.  Ask me for details!
• I never work with more than three clients at a time in order to ensure that each client has ample personal and in-depth attention.
• Full Service Real Estate Services.  Your property will be entered in the Denver Multiple Listing Service (MLS)
• Your property will appear on R.E. Colorado, Realtor.com and Homes.com
• A yard sign will be installed at your property
• Brochures will be designed and placed in a box on your yard sign
• Showings will be set for your property through our office
• Feedback calls will be made on the showings of your property
• An Open House(s) will be held on your property
• All of the paper work necessary to complete the purchase or sale of your home will be handled through our office.
• Through the process, I will ensure that you have adequate information in order to feel comfortable and confident in every decision.
